Here in Hawaii, packing for a beach day is an art we have all perfected. Simplicity is key! Here are five essentials you’ll need:
Obviously you need the beach bag itself (or three).
These are so handy for organizing everything from sunscreen to snacks.
A towel or two because it’s also a sun shade, portable dressing room, blanket, and skirt. Plus you can wrap your wet clothes in it at the end of the day.
Stay hydrated! In Hawaii, we skip the disposable plastic bottles in favor of being stylish and eco-friendly.
Sketching and journaling tools are crucial for any outing.
